My stay was delightful overall! The hotel has a fantastic location, just a quick five-minute stroll to the plaza, yet it's quiet and private. The rooms were nice and roomy, but did have some cosmetic issues that could be improved. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local activities. It felt like a truly authentic New Mexico experience with the decor and art throughout the hotel.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be in a very convenient location, perfect for exploring the area. While I appreciated the family-friendly vibe and cozy decor, the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing, especially when I discovered women's clothing in the closet. The service was generally good, with helpful and friendly staff, but there were some hiccups with order accuracy. Overall, the experience had its ups and downs, but I enjoyed my time here.
Rooms

The rooms were quite adorable and perfect for our family of four, but unfortunately, they could have been cleaner. I found a large broken fingernail next to my bed lamp, which was pretty off-putting.

The staff was genuinely kind and eager to help, especially when they moved us to a cozier room after our first night. However, there were moments when our orders got mixed up.
